CEO’s and leadership teams in the corporate sector have never been required to be so agile, reactive and yet still move consistently towards long term profitable growth. This is challenging as change in a large entity requires a clear vision, a detailed plan and flawless execution, in ever changing marketplaces.
The process we take our corporate clients through has 4 key elements.
Strategic Review
The success of any strategy is a combination of timing, plan and people, and whilst we live in a time of unprecedented speed of change, a clear concise plan executed by a team who understand themselves, their strengths and weaknesses and what they must deliver underpins any successful strategy. We will look in detail at the business development strategy, operational delivery and financial modelling, we will then focus on the areas of most requirement.
Team Assessment
People are often the most variable aspect of any strategy, but one of the most critical elements. We use Psychometric testing and personality profiling to understand all aspects of a leadership team. We assess the individuals and create bespoke development programs to ensure each individual is operating at their highest level. We will then combine the individual assessment to give is insights into biases of the team and implement a team development program.
Support Systems
Delivering a successful corporate strategy is often a long-term process, requiring consistent performance over many years. Corporate executives are under more stress, work longer hours and face more health challenges than ever before. If this aspect is ignored it creates an unstable foundation for long term performance. We have leading experts in elite physiological performance. We focus on sleep and recovery, stress management, nutrition and supplementation and effective exercise protocols. We see significant increases in performance across individuals and teams just from this one area of assessment and programming.
Skill Development
Many senior executives already possess impressive skill sets and years of quality experience, through the individual assessment process we often undercover areas to be further developed and strategies to get the best out of existing skill sets. We also look at the team skill sets and what additional skills will help the team be effective. This area is included on both individual and team development programs.
This process is adapted and refined for each entity and is focussed on developing the skills and behaviours for self-sufficiency, allowing the organisation to continuously refine its strategy and develop its people.
